He is a former 1,000-yard receiver but did that his rookie season. Clayton has fewer than 500 yards every other season his career. He has less than 20 receptions each of the past two seasons. Clayton hasn't progressed since his rookie season. He is a reserve option at best. Clayton has good attributes to be an NFL receiver (size, speed, athleticism), but just can't get it together. He seems to have key drops at the wrong time. FANTASY OUTLOOK Clayton is about done. He'll be fortunate to be on an NFL roster for the entire season.
