His finish was encouraging, catching 11 passes for 248 yards and a touchdown in six games. The Jaguars like his ability and seem likely to give him a chance to start this coming season. Hill has a season with 300-plus yards but hasn't done much besides that. Hill has good speed and is a top athlete. He will struggle with some drops, which hurts his consistency. This could be a make or break year for Hill, who will compete for a starting job. FANTASY OUTLOOK Put Hill on your sleeper list this season. The Jags are a run-first team, but a starter in their offense still has potential. Hill can set career highs across the board in 2011. A season with 60 receptions for 800 yards and five touchdowns is a real possibility.
