Wide Receiver Rank: #292 Overall: #878
The Bills released Hardy before the start of the season and he failed to catch on with another team. The Ravens signed him to a future contract after the season, though. He'll compete for a roster spot with Baltimore. Hardy has 10 receptions in two seasons in the league. He was slow to recover from a torn ACL early in his career, but seems to be healthy once again. Hardy was a second-round pick just a few seasons back, so he has talent. Hardy is a big target with above-average athletic ability. He has the makeup to be a top red-zone threat. He isn't a polished route runner, though, and his lack of action his first few seasons in the league hasn't helped his development.

Hardy isn't worth a draft pick, but worth monitoring during the preseason and early season action. He has some talent. Maybe landing with a good team will be the thing to get him going. Hardy might be worth a waiver-wire grab if he ends up getting consistent playing time in a good offense. |
