Quarterback Rank: #95 Overall: #584
O'Connell spent all of last season on Injured Reserve after tearing his labrum in the preseason. This is a serious injury, especially for a quarterback, but O'Connell should be near full strength for the start of training camp. He wasn't likely to make the Jets last season, though, even if healthy, which is a concern. O'Connell played a few snaps his rookie season but hasn't gotten in a game since. O'Connell has a strong arm and can make some plays on the move. He needs to improve his accuracy, though, and could use a lot of reps at quarterback. This could be a make or break offseason for O'Connell.
