Wide Receiver Rank: #168 Overall: #530
Caldwell had a quiet season until he moved into the starting lineup late in the year because of injury. He had three straight games with 87 or more receiving yards to end the season. Caldwell had 51 receptions the previous season, but lost out on playing time to Jordan Shipley, who emerged as the No. 3 receiver for the Bengals. Caldwell could be in line for more playing time this year, though, maybe even a starting gig if he can beat out Jerome Simpson. He has some potential, especially if you consider his finish to last season. Caldwell has decent size and good speed. He doesn't have a ton of big-play ability, but improved on that area some last season. Caldwell continues to improve as a route runner and has improving hands.

Caldwell is a bit of a wild card. He could really surprise if he starts, but getting that starting job is far from a sure thing. He could be worth a late-round gamble for fantasy teams, but don't reach much sooner than that. His past numbers don't suggest huge fantasy production even if he gets consistent targets. |

He received a great opportunity when WR Jordan Shipley (knee) went down with a season-ending injury in Week 2, but he did not capitalize. |
