Oakland Raiders FS Hiram Eugene signed a four-year contract worth $2 million in 2011, $2.25 million in 2012, $2.75 million in 2013 and $3.25 million in 2014, reports Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers. Eugene might be counted upon to start, especially if they do not intend on re-signing restricted free agent FS Michael Huff.
