SUMMARY
Running Back Rank: #97
Overall: #436

Injuries slowed Moreno his second season in the league, but he still produced pretty good numbers despite playing in a pass-first offense. Moreno had 1,151 total yards and eight touchdowns in 13 games. He had two 100-yard games and averaged a pretty impressive 4.3 yards per carry. Moreno also did a bunch of damage in the passing game, catching a career-high 37 passes. He showed his ability to be a complete back. Moreno moves to a run-first offense this season with conservative coach John Fox at the helm. Fox has a history of producing top rushers, which bodes well for Moreno's future. Moreno is a big-play back with top speed but also enough size to move the pile. He still lacks some consistency at times, but is improving in that area. His ability to stay healthy is a concern. He has missed only three games in two seasons, but has been slowed by injury often since entering the league.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Moreno is primed for a breakout season, barring injury. He has the potential to be a low-end No. 1 back for fantasy teams. His season was overlooked last year, but his numbers clearly show his potential for big things for fantasy teams. Moreno's total yardage potential gives him a real chance to get 1,800 total yards and double-digit scores. He should continue to make strides towards being an elite fantasy back.
Updating a previous item, prosecutors say Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno has been charged with drunken driving and careless driving after getting pulled over in south Denver. Moreno was pulled over Feb. 1 after allegedly driving 70 mph in an interstate construction zone where the speed limit was 45 mph.
