Wide Receiver Rank: #98 Overall: #281
Gibson started much of the season for the Rams, but was a bit inconsistent. He flashed some good things, but also had some struggles with drops and his route running. The good news is Gibson had at least three receptions in all but two games he played. He set career highs in receptions, yards and touchdowns. Gibson was the top receiver for the Rams many weeks. Gibson will have a lot to compete with for playing time this coming season, but should get his work in what should be a pass-happy Rams offense. Gibson has some positive attributes. He has good size and hands. He is a tough receiver that doesn't shy away from contact. Gibson will drop some passes, though, and has struggled with consistency to date.

Gibson might have a hard time bettering last season. The Rams are going to throw the ball, but will have more receivers in the mix for targets. Consider him a guy that could get 40 receptions for 500 yards and a couple scores. He shouldn't be on many fantasy radars with those numbers. |
