Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown said the team's locker room was fractured this past season. Brown felt players were more concerned about individual goals than team success. 'It was definitely different - guys weren't really together,' Brown said. SS Troy Polamalu was among the veterans who spoke out and tried to explain to the team that selfish behavior wouldn't be tolerated. 'That's when you know you've got issues and you've got to come together as a team. Because the reality of a team game is everyone on the same page, committed to the same thing, dedicated for one goal, and that's winning,' Brown said.
Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown said he is ready for a bigger offensive role next season if impending free-agent WR Mike Wallace does not return. 'I am always ready,' Brown said. 'I am ready no matter who is here, no matter who goes. I am always working on getting better. I will be ready no matter what the situation is. Whoever stays in the room, we just have to know the importance of working hard and with the right attitude.'
Fantasy Impact: Brown has a chance to be the No. 1 receiver in the offense, so his upside is high going forward.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown said he will look to emerge as one of the team's leaders in 2013. 'We have a lot of young guys. A lot of guys haven't been around here for the history of this team. I want to make sure guys understand the importance of being here, the tradition and what is required from our peers, coaches and everybody inside this building,' Brown said. 'You have to know the history of something if you are a part of it. You have to know where it started, where it came from and what it's about. You know where you are with it now and where you want to go. I can help teach guys about that and take that type of approach.'

The Pittsburgh Steelers will make wide receiver a top priority in this year's draft with TE Heath Miller (knee) injured and WRs Antonio Brown and Emmanuel Sanders both similar receivers that won't strike fear in opposing secondaries due to their lack of threat on the deep routes. California WR Keenan Allen may be a target, as he's considered a top-15 pick. Tennessee WR Cordarrelle Patterson is another prospect expected to be taken in the first round, but he's not as polished as Allen and lacks top-end speed.
