Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan informed WR Brandon Banks Wednesday, June 13, that he must contribute at the wide receiver position if he wants to make the roster. Banks is taking part in workouts 10 pounds heavier than last season. 'I called him in early and I told him that he was going to have to help us at the wide receiver position as well if he wanted to make this football team,' Shanahan said. 'And he accepted the challenge and came in in excellent shape, and it's really positive what he's done.' Banks was a standout return man last season.
