Cleveland Browns QB Thaddeus Lewis is not expected to make the team following the signing of QB Brian Hoyer. QB Brandon Weeden is expected to be the starter, with QB Jason Campbell as the backup and Hoyer as the third QB.
The Cleveland Browns front office does not think QB Thaddeus Lewis' arm is strong enough to be a starter.
