Notes
Washington Redskins RB Alfred Morris wants to be more patient running the football in 2013, after feeling that he left a lot of yards on the field in 2012. "I left a lot of yards on the field last year," Morris said. Looking back on film, a lot of it was my aiming points in certain runs, or I was too tight and I couldn't get outside. Being more patient with my cutbacks - I tended to cut back too soon. I was blessed, and I definitely don't take it for granted. Last year's behind me - I'm beyond that."

Washington Redskins RB Alfred Morris said he does not expect to deal with a sophomore slump next season because he is working out hard this offseason to improve his all areas in his game. 'I set the bar very high, I love a challenge. If you give me easy, I don't want easy, I want hard, I don't care. A sophomore slump? I don't see it happening. I'm going to bust my butt this offseason. I've got to get better. I can't be satisfied with a year when, as a lot of people say, you're only as good as your last performance. I love what I do and I have fun doing it and I want to do it as long as possible and being complacent won't help me. It's time to set the bar even higher next year,' Morris said. Morris has been working on improving his strength and flexibility.
