| Carolina Panthers WR Steve Smith has seen a drop in production lately, and that's mainly due to opposing defensive backs starting to roll extra coverage his way. 'He's a tremendous receiver and caugh a lot of people off-guard as far as his value to this team,' QB Cam Newton said. 'But last week was probably the week he got the most attention that I've ever seen anybody (get). They were rolling to him. They were pressing him, also. Having a guy under him and over the top of him, so it was physically impossible for me to make an accurate throw without putting the ball in jeopardy.' |
| Fantasy Impact: Smith remains a must start. He can get going in the coming weeks. He has too much upside to sit. |
