Former NFL LB Tedy Bruschi said New York Jets QB Tim Tebow should just disappear and not talk so much to the media. In response, Tebow said he just does what he is told by the team. 'To be honest, I just do what I'm told - and this day (is) to talk to you (reporters), so I'm gonna talk to you,' Tebow said. 'And to be honest, I just go about it however the Jets set it up - the rules that they want us to (follow), who they want us to talk to, who they don't want us to talk to. And so I don't get paid enough to make all those decisions. I just do what I'm told and try to do it as best as I can.'

Howard Ulman, of The Associated Press, reports New England Patriots LB Tedy Bruschi spent less time on the field last year than in recent seasons. He often came off the field on third downs and, entering his 14th year in the league, may do much of the same during the 2009 season. Bruschi isn't thinking about life in the NFL beyond this year; he plans to reassess his future after the upcoming season. He appears healthy at this point, but his numbers were down in 2008. He recorded just 75 tackles last season and it was the first time in his NFL career he failed to record a sack.
