Wide Receiver Rank: #204 Overall: #583
A move to Cleveland didn't exactly jumpstart the career of Stallworth. Once again, he battled injuries and underperformed. He had just 17 receptions, which was a career low. Stallworth is a top deep threat, but is very inconsistent. He tends to drop passes and battle a lot of nagging injuries. He has the talent to be a solid starter, but continues to search for that breakout season at age 28. Stallworth was suspended for the entire 2009 season without pay for violating both the NFL's policy on substances of abuse and the personal conduct policy.
