Oakland will get a full season of Carson Palmer this year, which should help the passing game. And a healthy Darren McFadden would be a huge plus for the offense but that isn't a guarantee based off his track record. Either way, the offense has some fire power this year and could put up some points if they pickup the new system quickly. The Raiders' defense really struggled last year as they ranked 27th against both the run and pass, which is an obvious concern. The pass defense has some talent, though, and should improve on last season. The rush defense remains a concern, which could prevent this team from winning a few more games. The Raiders aren't quite a playoff team but just outside of that group.

David Ausberry, TE. The Raiders don't use the tight end a ton but a new offense might get more targets for the tight end this year. And while Ausberry hasn't been anointed the starter just yet, he seems the best bet to start or at least play most in passing situations. Ausberry is a converted receiver, meaning he has good pass-catching skills. He could make some big plays in the passing game as a tight end. Ausberry might have some down games but his big games will make him worth a late-round gamble come draft day.

Darrius Heyward-Bey, WR. If you look at this overall numbers, Raiders receiver Heyward-Bey looked just fine for fantasy teams last season. But Heyward-Bey was all over the map for fantasy teams. He had three 100-yard games but also had two games without even a reception. Heyward-Bey had seven games overall with fewer than 50 yards. He still lacked consistency, which could impact his playing time this season, especially if rookie Juron Criner continues to impress.
