Defense: Kickers:

Outlook

The Seahawks aren't going to surprise anyone this year. This is a top team in the league. Their offense is going to be even better with Harvin in the mix and the defense is more than solid. The cornerbacks make plays and the pass rush does well in getting after the quarterbacks. And having Wilson at quarterback gives the team an "x" factor that could be worth a few more wins. Seattle might not be a Super Bowl team just yet but are very close. They are at least a playoff team and capable of winning double-digit games.

FANTASY BREAKOUT

Russell Wilson, QB. Last season really was his breakout fantasy year but we think he can improve on that, which is scary. This offense is going to be even better with Percy Harvin in the mix. The Seahawks finally have some more weapons at receiver, which will help Wilson's numbers. Wilson threw for just more than 3,000 yards and scored 29 total touchdowns his rookie season. We think he can get near 4,000 yards and score 35 total touchdowns, making him a top No. 1 fantasy quarterback. Wilson has star written all over him.

FANTASY DUD

Marshawn Lynch, RB. Lynch might have been the most consistent fantasy back last season. He had a career year, monster season that carried many fantasy teams to championships. We still think he'll be solid this year but have a hard time believing he reaches the heights of last season. Lynch has 600 carries the last two seasons, which is a lot of work. Plus, he has played a full season just once in six years. He usually gets nicked and misses a game or two, which will impact his numbers. Lynch is going to be a surefire No. 1 pick but don't be surprised if he fails to live up to his draft status this year.
