| | | Tennessee Titans |
OutlookThe Titans are an intriguing team. If Chris Johnson can run like the Chris Johnson of old this season, this offense could be really scary. And while the defense isn't great, they aren't terrible by any means. The pass defense ranked 14th last season, which is solid in the pass-first NFL. Tennessee is a team on the rise that could make a playoff run this year. |
|
Jake Locker, QB. Locker isn't even guaranteed the starting job but he seems likely to win the job. It just makes sense as Locker has a ton of talent and made a lot of big plays when called on last season. He can do it with both his arm and legs, making him a dual fantasy threat. The Titans also added some more weapons to the passing game, which is a plus for Locker as well. We think he'll be a top backup for fantasy teams, capable of some spot starts along the way. He has big-game potential. |

Nate Washington, WR. Washington had a career year last season, serving as the No. 1 much of the year for the Titans. But he is a long shot to come close to those numbers with Kenny Britt back from injury and rookie Kendall Wright looking to take his starting job. Washington could be the No. 3 receiver for the Titans before long. Don't draft him based on last year's big season. He isn't going to hit those numbers again. |
