His days of starting are about over after getting one last chance in '07 with the Falcons. For his career, Harrington has just one season with more touchdowns than interceptions. He hasn't lived up to his high draft status. Harrington has a very good arm, but makes poor decisions and tries to force the issue too much. He is destined for backup duty with the Saints. FANTASY OUTLOOK Don't bother with Harrington.
