Quarterback Rank: #58 Overall: #303
Ramsey hurt his elbow last year and landed on Injured Reserve. He should be healthy for the start of offseason workouts, though. Ramsey was hurt in the only game he played, getting three pass attempts in Week 7. At this stage of his career, Ramsey isn't a starter but a backup. He still has a great arm, but is up and down with his accuracy. He doesn't move around the pocket too well, though, as he is more of a typical pocket passer. He is tough as nails, though, taking a beating when he was given a chance to play for the Redskins. He'll compete with Vince Young for the No. 2 job in Tennessee this season.

Ramsey can be a very good No. 2, but that doesn't translate to much fantasy wise unless an injury happens. But if that is the case, he could be a good spot starter. |
