He was in camp with the Saints, but released before the season started. He landed with the Jags before getting cut by them. Ramsey signed on with the Dolphins next and was let go shortly after. He ended the season with the Vikings. Believe it or not, Ramsey didn't get in a game last season despite being on four different teams. He hasn't attempted a pass in the NFL since 2008. Ramsey started early in his career, but hasn't been much of a factor since his days with the Redskins. At this point, he is marginal backup material. He still has a good arm, but is up and down with his accuracy. He doesn't move around the pocket too well, making him a typical pocket passer. FANTASY OUTLOOK Ramsey is about done after last season.
