Leftwich has gone from starter to more than serviceable backup the last few seasons. He played well in spot duty for the Steelers last season, getting three touchdowns without an interception in five games. He is just 29 years old, though, and could get another chance to start for the Bucs this season. Leftwich has a ton of starting experience, which gives him a shot for the job. He has a strong arm, but struggles with accuracy at times. And Leftwich isn't too fast but can make plays with his feet.

Even if he wins the starting job, Leftwich isn't much of a fantasy play. He has never thrown for 3,000 yards and his highest TD total of his career is 15. So Leftwich isn't expected to be much of a fantasy factor this season. |
