Wide Receiver Rank: #84 Overall: #253
Jenkins missed the first five games of the season because of a shoulder injury, but played pretty well upon his return. He had at least two catches in every game and finished with 505 yards despite missing five games. If he had played a full season, Jenkins finishes with 61 receptions for 735, which would have been career highs in catches and his second highest total in yards. Jenkins had a consistent season as the second target at receiver in the Falcons offense. Jenkins had at least 50 receptions three straight seasons before this past year. His career high in yards is just 777, though. Jenkins is a big receiver that can stretch the field in a hurry. He struggles with drops at times, though, and his route running still isn't top notch. Jenkins could challenge for a starting job in Minnesota but likely will be the No. 3 or 4 receiver.

Jenkins isn't a very exciting fantasy option. None of his numbers are off the charts despite serving as a starter much of his career. He has just 20 touchdowns in eight seasons. In a new role with the Vikings, he might be good for 35 receptions for around 450 yards and a score or two. |
