SUMMARY
Quarterback Rank: #119
Overall: #698

Collins got in some games last season but didn't perform well and even lost his job as the top backup at times because of his poor play. Collins was just 11-of-28 for 91 yards and five interceptions without a touchdown. He even played in the NFC Championship game, but was pulled after missing on all four of his pass attempts. Collins proved he is about done in the NFL. Collins has a little value as a reserve quarterback, but his days of starting are over. He has some starting experience and a little past success. He isn't flashy, but a fairly accurate passer with smarts. His arm strength is dwindling quickly, though.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Collins was a mess when playing last season, so don't bother with him if he happens to find his way in the lineup - which seems a long shot.
The Chicago Bears will not look to re-sign impending free-agent QB Todd Collins this offseason, reports Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Tribune.
