Copper played every game with the Chiefs last season and even started a couple games. He didn't do much as a receiver, though, catching just eight passes for 114 yards. He hasn't topped 200 yards in a season since 2006. Copper can be a decent reserve but that is about it. He isn't a huge target, but runs pretty well and can make the tough catch. He has double-digit catches just three times for his career and his highest number of receptions is 23.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Copper will get some chances every once in a while, but not enough consistent work to be a serviceable fantasy receiver. Expect similar numbers to the last few seasons.

Kansas City Chiefs WRs Terrance Copper and Jeremy Horne have been among the team's better special teams players. Head coach Todd Haley said Friday, Oct. 21, that WR Jonathan Baldwin (thumb), who might be a game-time decision for Week 7, can't make up for what Horne gives the team on special teams. So if Baldwin is to be active, Copper might be the one who sits.

Fantasy Impact: Copper could be earning some playing time for the coming season. We still wouldn't expect much, but Copper might be worth a waiver-wire grab if he starts getting plenty of targets.
