Running Back Rank: #54 Overall: #221
Williams was the starter for the Bucs to open the season and had double-digit carries four of five games to start the year. He didn't do much running the ball, though, eventually moving to a change-of-pace role with the team. He excelled in that role, catching a career-high 46 passes. Williams has 74 receptions the last two seasons. He still feels he can start in this league, but his best role at this stage of his career is change of pace, which he'll fill for the Rams this season. Williams is 29 years old and hasn't topped 1,000-rushing yards since his rookie season. His injuries have taken a toll. Williams lacks some of the burst from early in his career. Williams still has decent speed and good moves, though. He just isn't the game-changer and hasn't been since his rookie season.

Williams is quickly gaining value in PPR leagues. His yardage numbers won't be off the charts, but he could get 500 or 600 total yards and a few scores his first season with the Rams. Williams will get his catches, though. A season with around 45 receptions is a good possibility. |

| The St. Louis Rams are not expected to re-sign impending free-agent RBs Jerious Norwood and Cadillac Williams this offseason. |
| Fantasy Impact: Neither did much in a reserve role for the Rams, so it makes sense to move on and get younger at the position. |
