He hasn't played a snap in two seasons with the Texans. He last attempted a pass in the NFL in 2008, but started several games that year. Orlovsky brings some positives to the table. He is athletic, moves around the pocket well and has a plus arm. He does struggle with accuracy and decision making, though, and needs a lot more work to be a consistent starter in the NFL. He does have some starting experience, which gives him some value as a backup. He has a good chance to be the No. 2 in Indianapolis this season. FANTASY OUTLOOK Orlovsky is intriguing if he gets some starts, but the chances of him starting are pretty slim. He likes to take chances downfield and go for the big play, giving him some big-game potential.
