Orlovsky was probably the best Lions starter last season, but that isn't saying much. He completed 56 percent of his passes and had eight touchdowns to eight interceptions. Orlovsky also had 220-plus passing yards in five of 10 games. He moves to the Texans this season and will compete for the backup job behind Matt Schaub. Orlovsky has some positives. He is athletic, moves around the pocket well and has a plus arm. But he struggles with accuracy and decision making, and needs a lot more work to be a consistent NFL starter.
