Quarterback Rank: #36 Overall: #213
After a breakout year in '07, Anderson had a year to forget last year. He eventually found his way to the bench, getting replaced by Brady Quinn. Anderson also partially tore his MCL, which ended his season early. Before getting hurt, Anderson completed just 50 percent of his passes with nine touchdowns and eight interceptions. Anderson continues to struggle with his accuracy and decision making. He has a big arm, though, and throws a good deep ball. He'll be in a competition with Quinn for the starter's job next season in Cleveland. And the Browns have a strong offensive line and some talented receivers.

| His knee injury won't be a factor, but Quinn is a concern. Anderson isn't guaranteed the starting job even with a gaudy contract. He has potential if he wins the starting job, but more so as a spot starter than an every-week option for fantasy teams. Don't reach too soon for Anderson, but he is worth a late-round grab as a sleeper because of his upside. Remember, he carried fantasy teams in '07 |
