SUMMARY
Quarterback Rank: #38
Overall: #206

Young had a rocky season for the Titans, ending his run in Tennessee. His season ended with an injury and a spat with head coach Jeff Fisher. Young suffered a thumb injury late in the year, needing surgery to fix a torn flexor tendon. But before getting hurt, he wasn't quite as effective with the Titans. He had 10 touchdowns to three interceptions, but threw for more than 200 yards just once in 10 games. He had the highest passer rating of his career (98.6) but he didn't do a great job of moving the offense and generating points. For his career, Young's highest passing yardage total is 2,546 and his career high in touchdowns is 19. He will help running the ball, though, having 1,380-rushing yards and 12-rushing touchdowns for his career. Young can run, but he has a strong arm and does a good job of throwing on the go. He still doesn't read defenses all that well and struggles with some decision making. He moves to the Eagles this season, which could help his career get back on track. He'll serve as the top backup to Michael Vick and get a chance to learn from some of the top offensive minds in football.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Young has some fantasy potential, but he is too inconsistent for fantasy teams. A change of scenery should do him some good, but he needs to be on the field to help fantasy teams. If Vick gets hurt, which is possible, Young is worth a waiver-wire grab in a good offense. But until that happens, Young probably isn't worth the roster space.
The Philadelphia Eagles are not expected to re-sign impending free-agent QB Vince Young this offseason.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Vince Young went 17-for-29 for 208 yards, one touchdown and four interceptions against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13.
Fantasy Impact: Not his best showing, turning the ball over way too much. Accuracy continues to be an issue for Young.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Vince Young is expected to start in Week 13. QB Michael Vick (ribs) will not practice Tuesday, Nov. 29, although he will throw on the side and is making progress.
Philadelphia Eagles QB Vince Young completed 26 of 48 passes for 400 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the Week 12 loss against the New England Patriots. Young actually led the team in rushing, too, posting 40 yards on six runs.
Fantasy Impact: Young got a lot of his yards in garbage time but still played pretty well throughout the game. He was one of the few bright spots for the offense but did struggle some once finding the red zone.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Vince Young is expected to make the start in Week 12 against the New England Patriots. 'I think you become more familiar as time goes on,' head coach Andy Reid said Friday, Nov. 25. 'You gain a history with a player, and really going into (the Week 11) game we didn't have much of a history, except for a little bit in the preseason when things are really cut down.'

Philadelphia Eagles QB Vince Young completed 23 of 36 passes for 258 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions in Week 11 against the New York Giants. He also ran for five yards on six carries, starting in place of the injured QB Michael Vick (ribs).
Fantasy Impact: Young had some bad turnovers but played pretty well overall. The Eagles won't rush Vick back after seeing what Young can do in a starting role.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Vince Young will start in Week 11 in place of QB Michael Vick (ribs).
Fantasy Impact: Consider Young a low-end No. 1 in a starting role. He has some upside for the big game.
