Quarterback Rank: #40 Overall: #233
Young lost his starting job to journeyman Kerry Collins, so that could be telling about how the Titans feel about him. He just hasn't taken the steps forward the team had hoped. The Titans aren't giving up on him just yet, though. Young still has the intangibles to be a successful NFL starter. Young has a rocket for an arm and is the best running quarterback in the league right now. He needs to improve his decision making and reading defenses, though. Young isn't even guaranteed the backup job with Patrick Ramsey signed this offseason.
