SUMMARY
Quarterback Rank: #110
Overall: #631

Shockley is yet to take a snap under center in the NFL. He was the No. 3 for the Falcons all last season, being deactivated most weeks. He has some talent, though, and could challenge for a backup job with a big offseason and preseason. Shockley has a strong arm and can make plays on the move, but needs to improve his accuracy and get up to par with the speed of the NFL game.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Shockley could be the top backup, but that gives him little to no fantasy value.
