Shockley is yet to take a snap under center in the NFL. He was the No. 3 for the Falcons all last season, being deactivated most weeks. He has some talent, though, and could challenge for a backup job with a big offseason and preseason. Shockley has a strong arm and can make plays on the move, but needs to improve his accuracy and get up to par with the speed of the NFL game.
