Quarterback Rank: #32 Overall: #201
Quinn will get his chance to start from day one this season. He'll compete with Derek Anderson to start, but should be given every chance to win the job. Quinn got the most playing time of his career last season before getting hurt. He played in three games and finished with two touchdowns and two interceptions. He proved he has a ways to go, but also showed some promise. Quinn has solid mechanics and seems to have a knack for making plays. He needs to improve his accuracy, though, and take more chances downfield. Quinn tends to dink and dunk, which will have to change if he hopes to start for the Browns.

Quinn seems likely to start, but that doesn't mean he is a great fantasy option. He has some positives, but don't count on him to be anything more than a No. 2 or 3 fantasy quarterback. Quinn needs a lot of work to become a top fantasy option. |
