Quarterback Rank: #59 Overall: #312
A move to Denver didn't exactly jumpstart the career of Quinn, who served as the No. 2 or 3 quarterback all season. He didn't play a single snap for Denver. Quinn has enjoyed some good moments throughout his career, but has been more down than up. In four seasons, Quinn has completed 52 percent of his passes and has 10 touchdowns to nine interceptions. Quinn has good mechanics throwing the ball, but needs to improve his accuracy and take more chances downfield. He tends to dink and dunk a lot. He is making some progress, which is encouraging, but nothing is certain at this point.

Don't give up on Quinn just yet, but that doesn't mean he is worth drafting for fantasy teams. He has the ability to produce as a starter, but needs to put it altogether. Until that happens, don't bother with Quinn. |

Denver Broncos QB Brady Quinn didn't receive any more than his usual number of snaps in practice Friday, Jan. 6, despite speculation that the team was considering playing him over QB Tim Tebow if Tebow struggled early in the playoff matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers this weekend. 'The backup quarterback always gets reps,' said a team source. 'It's no different this week. It's normal for the backup quarterback to get a few reps.'
Fantasy Impact: Who knows what to believe? Either way, it looks like Tebow could be on a short leash this week.

Denver Broncos QB Brady Quinn will likely be the starting quarterback in the team's preseason finale Thursday, Sept. 1, though no official announcement has been made. With the No. 2 quarterback job potentially still on the line, Quinn and QB Tim Tebow both should play. 'It's football,' Quinn said. 'I don't like to look at it like an audition. I look at it maybe going out there and having some fun.'

Denver Broncos backup QB Brady Quinn entered the team's preseason game against the Buffalo Bills ahead of QB Tim Tebow. Quinn hit 10 of 16 passes for 130 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Head coach John Fox said the reversal of backups seeing playing time should not be read into. Tebow was one of two for 10 yards and ran once for 7 yards. Fox hasn't decided on what his quarterback rotation will be for the regular season, and with the new rules of not having to designate a No. 3 quarterback on game day he may not share that information when he decides.
Fantasy Impact: Quinn seems to have a chance to win the backup job in Denver. Tebow is dropping quickly.
