SUMMARY
Quarterback Rank: #32
Overall: #200

Quinn will get his chance to start from day one this season. He'll compete with Derek Anderson to start, but should be given every chance to win the job. Quinn got the most playing time of his career last season before getting hurt. He played in three games and finished with two touchdowns and two interceptions. He proved he has a ways to go, but also showed some promise. Quinn has solid mechanics and seems to have a knack for making plays. He needs to improve his accuracy, though, and take more chances downfield. Quinn tends to dink and dunk, which will have to change if he hopes to start for the Browns.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Quinn seems likely to start, but that doesn't mean he is a great fantasy option. He has some positives, but don't count on him to be anything more than a No. 2 or 3 fantasy quarterback. Quinn needs a lot of work to become a top fantasy option.
Updating a previous report, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn was fined $10,000 for his low hit on Baltimore Ravens LB Terrell Suggs in Week 10.

Mary Kay Cabot, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn said the NFL fined him for his low hit on Baltimore Ravens LB Terrell Suggs in Week 10. He would not disclose the amount of the fine but said it was significant.

ESPN.com reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn became just the fourth quarterback in the last 20 seasons to throw 30 or more passes in a game for fewer than 100 yards with no touchdowns and multiple interceptions. Quinn was 13-for-31 for 99 yards with two interceptions in the game.
Fantasy Impact: Quinn rarely pushed the ball downfield. It was a pitiful display of offense by the Browns on Monday.

The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns head coach Eric Mangini has named QB Brady Quinn the team's starting quarterback for Week 10. Mangini would like to stick with Quinn for the remainder of the season.
Fantasy Impact: Quinn is a big reach for fantasy teams. We wouldn't expect much from him the rest of the way. He was a mess early in the season.

Jason Reid, of The Washington Post, reports the Washington Redskins are not interested in acquiring Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn, according to league sources.

ESPN.com reports Cleveland Browns head coach Eric Mangini said Wednesday, Oct. 14, that the team is not looking to trade QB Brady Quinn. 'We're not looking to move Brady Quinn,' Mangini said. 'Brady is a Cleveland Brown and that's not anything we're looking to do.' With the Oct. 20 trade deadline approaching, there has been mounting speculation the Browns will deal Quinn.
Fantasy Impact: We'll see. Trades are tough to come by in the NFL, but we wouldn't rule it out. The Browns already dealt their top receiver.

James Walker, of ESPN.com, reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn has put his Avon Lake, Ohio, home up for sale, according to an industry source. It is not known why Quinn put his house up for sale.
Fantasy Impact: Let the trade speculation begin. We wouldn't count on anything, though. Trades are rare during the season.

Mary Kay Cabot, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn could be traded by the Oct. 20 trading deadline. With QB Derek Anderson entrenched as the starting quarterback for the moment, Quinn would most likely welcome a trade and a chance to be a starter elsewhere.
Fantasy Impact: At this point, you have to wonder if Quinn is going to make it in the NFL.

Tony Grossi, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn said he was been working hard and believes he and the offense will be able to work through their struggles. 'I've worked extremely hard, watching film and [practicing] on the field, and I'm going to continue to do that, and we're going to work through this as a team,' Quinn said.
Fantasy Impact: Quinn better do something quick or he could find his way on the bench.

The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn went 21-for-35 for 205 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the team's Week 1 game.
Fantasy Impact: Quinn played alright in his first start this season. He didn't lose his job with this game.
