Quarterback Rank: #49 Overall: #266
Stanton had a good of a shot as ever to start last season, but didn't really take hold of the opportunity. He got some playing time, though, which was a positive. Stanton threw for 119 yards and a touchdown. Maybe a new coaching regime will just be the thing to get Stanton going. But the drafting of Matthew Stafford could spell the end of Stanton in Detroit. He'll likely be the No. 3 in Detroit this season. Stanton has a good arm and can scramble around pretty well, but lacks some accuracy and decision-making ability. This offseason will be key for Stanton's development.

Stanton losing a chance to start to Daunte Culpepper last season is a concern, but don't write him off just yet. He remains young and still has a chance to get it going. He might be worth a look in deeper leagues. |
