Summary

Kicker Rank: #12
Overall: #231

Prater missed the last four games of the season with a groin injury. He kicked well before getting hurt, though, making a career-high 89 percent of his field goals. Prater missed just two field goals all season, scoring 76 points in 12 games. He averaged 118 points per season the previous two seasons. The Broncos offense might not be quite as explosive this season with Josh McDaniels no longer calling plays. Prater could see a drop in production because of this. Prater has done well in the mile high air, though. He still needs to improve his accuracy on longer kicks, but is making strides in that area. Prater has a great leg and is an asset on kickoffs and long-distance kicks.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Prater isn't quite the top option of the past few seasons with a new coach and offense in place, but he can get you around 110 points. He is more of a low-end No. 1 or spot starter for this season.
