The Chicago Bears will be looking for an upgrade at tight end in the offseason. The team's tight ends have only 28 catches and 290 yards heading into the final week of the regular season. 'We want our players to get better, and we're going to try to find ways,' offensive coordinator Mike Tice said. '(Tight ends) coach (Mike) DeBord works diligently to find ways each week to get them better.' TE Kellen Davis has 19 catches this year to go along with six drops, the highest rate of drops in the league. Chicago has had to keep their tight ends to block more, though, because of the problems on the offensive line.
