SUMMARY
Quarterback Rank: #128
Overall: #748

White was expected to get a lot of work in the Wildcat formation, but only had 21 carries for the season. He wasn't used a whole lot. And he attempted five passes without a completion. White had a scary head injury the last game of the season, but shouldn't be bothered by it going forward. White should continue to be used as a change-of-pace quarterback for the Dolphins. He has a decent arm, but lacks a little accuracy and needs to improve his decision making. His biggest asset right now is his legs. White is a great runner and playmaker in the open field.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
White probably won't get enough work to be worth fantasy consideration. He could have a big game or two, but he'll be too sporadic for fantasy teams to waste a draft pick.
Unrestricted free-agent QB Pat White (Dolphins) have signed a deal with MLB's Kansas City Royals, reports Jon Paul Morosi, of FOXSports.com. The Royals said they understand that the NFL is still an option for White.
Fantasy Impact: And his NFL career is likely over.

Fantasy Impact: White might need to change positions to make it in this league.

Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano indicated that QB Pat White is not expected to receive any playing time in the team's preseason game Friday, Aug. 27, reports Armando Salguero, of The Miami Herald.
Fantasy Impact: It is safe to say White is going to get cut in the coming weeks.

It appears Miami Dolphins backup QB Pat White won't make it on the team's final roster this year, reports Armando Salguero, of The Miami Herald. Unless the team trades one of their other three quarterbacks, White's days in Miami appear numbered.
Fantasy Impact: That was quick. He was a second-round pick last season, so this is a huge miss for the Dolphins.

Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano said the team has not consider moving QB Pat White to another position and is looking to continue his development as a quarterback, reports The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero. 'From my end, I've seen improvement in the last week -- clear improvement in the last week -- out of Pat throwing the football. So that part of it, I have no other agenda than to try to continue to develop that player as a quarterback on our team and see him make the same kind of improvement this week that he made last week,' Sparano said.

Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano said QB Pat White has added 18 pounds since joining the team as a rookie and has lost some body fat, reports Omar Kelly, of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
Fantasy Impact: This will help White's chances of holding up. He was pretty small coming out of college.
