Turner isn't likely to see a huge bump in playing time. He is a deep reserve. Turner is a big target (6-5) with pretty good strength and decent speed. He doesn't have exceptional speed, though, and has endured some struggles picking up offenses through the years.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Turner looks the part, but isn't likely to have a sudden breakthrough. He has too much working against him, including guys to pass on the depth chart. He could get 20 or so receptions and a couple scores with some chances if all goes well for him this season.
