Summary

Quarterback Rank: #60
Overall: #333

Kafka got in four games last season, attempting just 18 passes. He was the No. 3 quarterback much of the year, losing out to Vince Young for the top backup job. He did complete 69 percent of his passes last season but was intercepted twice and didn't throw a touchdown pass. The Eagles remain kind of high on Kafka but this could be a make or break offseason and preseason for him. He'll be given a chance to compete for the top backup job but won't be handed this job. Kafka doesn't have a great arm for the pro game, but is accurate and gets rid of the ball quickly, making him a good fit for the Eagles West Coast offense. Kafka also is a good athlete. He moves around the pocket well and can make throws on the run. Kafka needs to work on completing passes downfield and his decision making, but has the potential to get better.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Kafka could be the No. 2 in Philly this season, giving him some value because Michael Vick is an injury risk. He has some ability and seems a good fit for what the Eagles do offensively but nothing will be given to him. He isn't a guy to draft but maybe a guy to monitor if he wins the backup job.

Notes

'We all know (quarterback) is a pretty important position. When you see one you like, you snag him up,' Reid explained about the Foles addition.
