Cincinnati Bengals FB John Conner has worked with running backs coach Jim Anderson over the past couple of days, and Conner figures to be active in Week 16 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He'll also see time on special teams. 'That's always the question when you get a new player in the middle of the season,' Anderson said. 'How fast can you get him ready?'
