Mitchell caught three passes for 31 yards in 11 games last season. This isn't a great sign for Mitchell since the Browns were looking for receiving help last season. Mitchell didn't get many chances. Mitchell is likely the No. 4 or 5 receiver for the Browns this season. Mitchell is a big, physical presence at receiver. He also has pretty good speed to go with his size. He does well making the tough catch in traffic and turning a short pass into a big play. Mitchell remains raw, though, and hasn't made a ton of progress since entering the league, which is why he is having a hard time finding the field.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Mitchell is young and talented enough to still make an impact in the league, but he is close to running out of the time. He could get 20 receptions for 300 yards and a score or two. Mitchell remains a reach for fantasy teams.

Cleveland Browns WR Carlton Mitchell (finger) said Friday, Oct. 28, that he purchased a JUGS passing machine and has used it to practice catching footballs just about everywhere. He is hopeful the dedication pays off. 'I love that thing,' Mitchell said. 'It's probably the best investment I've ever had. I take it and I'll be in the hallway of the condo shooting JUGS or in the parking garage. I got caught a couple of times. I took it to the gym. It helped a lot. Caught about 1,000 balls a day.'

Fantasy Impact: Mitchell is a huge reach for fantasy teams at the moment. He won't get much work.
