Summary

Quarterback Rank: #100All Players: #610
Hall injured his left shoulder before the season and needed surgery. He was placed on Injured Reserve and missed the entire '12 season. He'll try to win a backup job as a No. 2 or 3 this season but his future is clouded after missing all of last season. The undrafted quarterback played six games his rookie season but didn't exactly light it up. He had a touchdown pass to six interceptions. Hall completed 50 percent of his passes and averaged just 4.7 yards per attempt. Hall has some promise, though. He isn't a big kid, but has a pretty good arm and just seems to have a knack for making plays. At this point, he needs a lot of work with his accuracy and ability to read defenses. He just looked a step slow when playing his rookie season.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
We don't see Hall getting more work than his rookie season. He probably is a stretch to even make an NFL roster.
