| Indianapolis Colts OT Anthony Castonzo (ankle), who is still recovering from a severely sprained left ankle back in October, is a leader of a Zumba class in Indianapolis. He is working out just on his right leg, while he used some kind of knee-chair to keep off his left leg. There is still no timetable for when Castonzo will be back to normal, although there isn't a lot of concern at this time. |
