Despite having little room under the salary cap to operate, Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie said he has been happy with the moves the team has made this offseason. 'A little bit better (than expected), because we were able to knock out a couple of areas we felt we wanted to upgrade, and fill in or solidify,' McKenzie said. 'We felt like the O-line as a group, we solidified big time by getting the two veterans back and the coaching staff would like to see Wiz (Stefen Wisniewski) move inside, see what he can do. They feel pretty good about that.'

Oakland Raiders C Stefen Wisniewski wants to avoid the red dot, so he and his teammates find motivation in wanting to finish plays. The red dot is apparently a laser pointer which head coach Hue Jackson uses during team meetings to highlight guy's not finishing plays on film. 'We watch the film every day together and anytime there's somebody not finishing, he's putting the red dot up there on you, and he's calling you out for it,' Wisniewski said.
