Summary

Kicker Rank: #13All Players: #297
The Texans drafted Bullock with the hopes of finding their starting kicker for the next several seasons. He'll compete with Shayne Graham for the starting job this season. The Texans will give him every shot to win the job but won't hand it to him. Bullock had a great college career. He was extremely accurate and had a strong leg, making him an asset on kickoffs and long-distance kicks. He could have a few growing pains in the pro game but seems ready to make the jump.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Bullock has obvious potential if he is starting for the Texans. He can get 120 to 130 points in this offense. If he grabs the starting job, he is worth a gamble as a No. 1 kicker. He can finish with very good numbers.
