Streeter has great size at receiver and does well to use that size to create space and get open. He is a good downfield threat because of his size and speed. He isn't much of a route runner yet, though, and needs refine in several areas to be a productive NFL player. He'll likely spend the year learning the position and getting sporadic playing time as a No. 4 or 5 receiver for the Ravens.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Streeter could develop in time but seems a long shot to do much his rookie year. He isn't worth drafting just yet.

Baltimore Ravens WR Tommy Streeter (foot) is no longer using crutches, but he was still unable to practice Tuesday, Aug. 28, due to his sprained left foot injury.

Baltimore Ravens WRs Tommy Streeter and Deonte Thompson have performed solid in offseason workouts, but they are still facing an uphill battle during training camp for a spot on the active roster. If one, or both, make the roster for Week 1, it might be because WR David Reed (knee) is not ready for the season, and he begins on the Physically-Unable-to-Perform (PUP) list.
