Quarterback Rank: #6 Overall: #44
Warner got a chance to start from day one for the Cardinals and had an MVP-type season. He looked like the Warner from the '99 Rams, throwing for 4,583 yards and 30 touchdowns. His yardage total was the second highest of his career. For his career, Warner completes 65 percent of his passes and has 20-plus touchdown passes in five seasons. Warner doesn't have a huge arm anymore, but is very accurate and extremely smart. He does have a tendency to hold onto the ball too long, though, which can led to fumbles. And his age (38) is a concern although he doesn't have a ton of wear and tear on him starting off and on throughout his career. Warner did have surgery to repair a torn labrum in his hip during the offseason.

Warner moves back into the elite category of fantasy quarterbacks. Don't count on him repeating last season's huge numbers, but another season with 4,000 yards and around 25 touchdowns is certainly possible, making Warner a good pick in the early rounds of your draft. |

'I'm not happy yet. Until we start performing like we did in the first half last week every time out, I'm not going to be happy. That's what I expect from us, to move the ball up and down the field, to make plays, and we just haven't done it nearly consistent enough over the first four games, so I'm not really happy with anything yet,' Warner said. |
