Wide Receiver Rank: #229 Overall: #710
Holt continued his steady decline last season. He had career lows across the board (receptions and yards) and even went the entire season without a touchdown. Holt has fewer than 800-receiving yards each of the last two seasons. Holt had eight straight years with 1,000 yards before his last two seasons. At age 34, Holt has lost a step. He still runs good routes and has plus hands, but lacks some burst and doesn't get in and out of his cuts as fast as past years. Holt will serve a depth role with the Patriots this season. He can still help as a possession receiver or mentor, but his days of starting are over. Holt's season was over before it started, getting placed on Injured Reserve. He needs knee surgery. At this point, his career is probably over.
