He finished with just 565 yards, his lowest total since 2001. Driver played 15 games, but wasn't as much of a factor in the offense as the Packers implemented some of their younger options. Driver failed to top 100 yards in any game and had more than 50 yards just four games. He did play his best football during the Packers' Super Bowl run, having 55-plus receiving yards two of four games. Driver isn't a starter anymore at age 36, but can play a reserve role and have some success in that role. Driver is a strong receiver that runs good routes and has plus hands. He isn't a speed burner, but knows his limitations and excels in the things he does well. FANTASY OUTLOOK Driver has never been a big-time fantasy star, so at his age, don't reach too soon for him. He could top last season's numbers if all goes well but don't expect a big uptick in production. He is worth a look as a No. 5 receiver but that is probably about it. His best days are behind him. 2012-02-01 21:03:13 Green Bay Packers general manager Ted Thompson is not sentimental and he's going to have to knock down WR Donald Driver's $5 million cap number for 2012. Thompson might decide to cut Driver no matter what, but if he doesn't, Driver will be required to take a hefty pay cut.
