Quarterback Rank: #68 Overall: #390
Garcia was injured early in the season and eventually benched, but reclaimed the starter's job Week 5 and never looked back. He had another solid season, completing 65 percent of his passes while scoring 13 touchdowns to six interceptions. In two seasons with the Bucs, Garica has 27 total touchdowns to 10 interceptions. He is 39, though, and got cut by the Raiders before the season. Garcia doesn't have a great arm, but is extremely accurate and has a knack for making plays. His health is a concern, though, having not played a full season since 2002.

If he gets some playing time, Garcia might be worth a waiver-wire grab. Don't expect anything special, though, from Garcia. |
