This was probably his only chance to start in the NFL. O'Sullivan had eight touchdown passes to 11 interceptions and threw for less than 200 yards in five of his first eight games, which isn't too impressive if you consider he played in Mike Martz's pass-happy system. O'Sullivan is fairly accurate, but struggles with decision making and doesn't have a huge arm. He'll compete for the backup job in Cincy this season. FANTASY OUTLOOK Even if he gets some starts, O'Sullivan proved last season he won't be a whole lot of help to fantasy teams.
