Graham caught two passes in 16 games with the Titans last season, serving as more of a blocker than anything. He has just 20 receptions the last two seasons. He can still help as a blocker at age 33 but his days of being a top pass catching option at tight end are about over. He does have 30-plus receptions four times but hasn't hit that mark since 2008. Graham remains a valuable blocker, though. He is an asset in the running game, which should continue to net him playing time. Graham isn't a huge threat at tight end, but does alright when given the chance. He won't get much work as a receiver, but is a very good blocker that can make a difference in the running game.

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Graham will continue to get work as a blocker but his days of helping fantasy teams at tight end are over. He brings little to no fantasy value to the table.
