LANDOVER, Md. (AP) - Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs is inactive against the Washington Redskins because of a torn right biceps.

Suggs' status for Sunday had been considered a game-time decision. He injured his arm in last weekend's loss to Pittsburgh. Suggs also missed the season's first six weeks with a torn Achilles tendon.

As expected, tight end Ed Dickson (knee) and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (ankle) are inactive for the Ravens.
